F─▒r─▒na atmadan ├╝zerini Fomilk F─▒nd─▒k ile f─▒r├žala. 200CÔÇÖde 15-18 dak. istedi─čin rengi alana kadar pi┼čir. Afiyet olsun! ________ HOKKAIDO BREAD - Fomilk Hazelnut 200ml - All purpose flour 440g - Instant yeast 10g - Molasses 25g (or Sugar 35g) - Sea Salt 6g - Coconut Oil 10g - Banana 1/2 Heat your Fomilk Hazelnut to 30-35C. Mix all of the yeast, 1 tsp of both the sugar and the flour with the warm Fomilk in a bowl. Wait 5-10 min. for the yeast to activate. (until there are bubbles on top)┬áMash the banana with a fork. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, mashed banana, and coconut oil.┬á Add the yeast you have prepared into the mixture.┬á Using a rubber spatula, mix all until no dry parts remain and let sit at room temp for 20 min, as the flour will relax. Start kneading the dough. After 6-8 min your dough should be smooth and glossy.┬áGrease a large bowl with oil. Place your dough into the bowl, and cover with a plastic wrap. At room temp wait for 45-60 min. for the dough to double in size.┬á When the dough has doubled, poke the air out with your finger and flip the bowl onto a clean surface.┬áDivide the dough into 4 equal pieces, roll them flat and then onto themselves.┬áPlace them into the greased pan, and let sit for another 40 min.┬áBegin to heat your oven to 200C. Before placing into the hot oven, give it a nice brush with Fomilk Hazelnut. Bake for 15-18 min until golden brown and enjoy!
